    Nobody wanted to give Wilson a chance because he was throwing in the 80's for all his tryouts. Wilson worked 88-89 in his first rehab game and I believe touched 90 on one. At that point it was like, who would use him? A bad team that has nothing to play for? Not going to waste the money. A contender trying to clinch a spot? Why take a guy that you may have to let take his lumps to see what he has in tank? He could cost you a game or two and make you lose your spot. The Dodgers shitacular bullpen, mixed with plenty of money and still in the playoff hunt caused them to take a chance. THANK GOD for that perfect storm!
