Bruno Mars, which I mistakenly omitted from my list because he can do a mean Michael Jackson and Green Day because I'll need a pick me up and the beats drive me crazy!!
I just love that you're giving yourself that out in advance because you just know that 'need' is haunting yer melon...staring at you when you weren't looking.. following you down the sidewalk.. waiting.. waiting patiently for you to notice... LOL
Oh and... FWIW Led Zeppelin Pink Floyd Rolling Stones Grateful Dead ... maybe Creedence Clearwater Revival
never quite got into your hand me downs or those daisy dukes you have much slimmer hips and fuck if i didn't get tired of hearing about it all weekend have to say you were certainly in your element around the campfire
So Diablo and Cap wear dresses and sing around bonfires at night with their gay friends while they talk about their need to suck cock and how that need and that cock is all around them every second of every day no matter where they turn all they see is cock? Not one thing weird about that. Not 1.
I agree with Zep for best bluesrock. I agree with Floyd for best alternative/prog rock. But as far as pop rock I take Beatles over the Stones. Stones are great, but easy one for me. And when it comes to jazzy psychedelic rock I prefer the Doors over the Dead. Easy. For home cooking countryfried rock I will take Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers over The Fogerty bros and CCR. Tough Oh and 6th is Black Sabbath/Ozzy for best metal rock!
liked zeppelin but never loved them at least, not as much as most pink floyd was great before the wall wish you were here is my favorite album beatles and stones are two different beasts imo beatles were revolutionary trailblazers stones were the darker version and their longevity is something to be admired i don't consider petty country rock, but i agree with them over ccr/fogerty not a big fan of ozzy/sabbath myself, but i understand the appeal
besides springsteen i could never get into ccr wasn't the biggest who fan either but i get them more and more as time passes not sure how you can rank any band over the mick taylor era stones idk but to me this IS rock and roll sounds like it could be the local garage band but wasn't that the point? drugs, chicks and guitars, every parents worst nightmare zeppelin were that too for sure but after everything thats come out about how they came up w their songs it just isn't aging as well for me capn has them in his top 5 but thats because he loved the close ups of plants cawk
