    boom..Jimmy Rollins in the face. upgrade in the leadoff spot, upgrade defensively @ SS, upgrade in the clubhouse. so much win today.

    started drinking a lot when my mother passed to drown my sorrow
    sometimes an entire 750ML bottle a day
    put on a shit ton of weight and was killing myself... literally
    since quitting my blood pressure has dropped considerably and i dropped the 30 lbs i put on

    Anybody got any further stats on these guys we just got? Heaney was a first round pick right?
    Sure is gonna be a different team than went out there last year...and won the division. I like the catcher get...pretty much can't get lower offensively than what we had.
    I wish Dee all the best...I wish it could have been done a different way...the Marlins made a good trade, too...not only us. getting a guy after his breakout year and spectacular D, not to mention the ML leader in SBs, is an upgrade for them.
    Pretty much a no lose for either team, I don't think we fucked the Marlins at all, but I do think Guerrero is, so far , a yawn. If he's the guy; I think so.
    I guess patience is a virtue, and I see the moves finally being made...but damn, isn't the O shrinking a quite bit , especially if Matt goes?

    at first glance wtf
    but i'm now relatively sure this is a precursor to something greater, probably hamels
    otherwise no way you essentially give away a servicable #4/5 and pay his entire salary
    especially since our new FO is so money conscious
    those prospects we got probably won't be around long

    The news is the Dodgers are going for Shields. And Heaney is said to be ML ready if we decide to keep the 'spects.
