    The Jags have a lease through 2027 and a new owner who has been vocal about his commitment to keeping the team in Jacksonville.

    Gonna be the Rams, Chargers, or possibly the Raiders.

    Vikings got a new stadium deal.

    Jags aren't going anywhere. Buffalo isn't going anywhere other than maybe Toronto.

    The Raiders are going to try to stay in Oakland, but have a decent chance of moving.

    The Rams and Chargers are as close to a lock as you can get at this point for many reasons. I have been following the Rams lease for a long time, as well as the proceedings with the Rams/St. Louis CVS negotiations and arbitration process. It's pretty much a sure thing. Many reasons why.

    Even if LA gets an NFL team I don't think I can change my allegiance. I mean I'll root for them but I'm always gonna be an Eagles fan haha

    He was really good on the Bengals. Then he became mediocre but that's probably because that team became a joke with Chad Ochocinco and his shit. Jury still out on his tenure with the Raiders. But other than him, the SC QB's haven't been setting the world on fire like so many people thought they would.
