Shame the Lakers let Spero Dedes get away.

Pathetic, really. Billy Mac and John Ireland should be hosting post game shiws, not calling games. Dedes was so good.

Odor pushed Bautista square in the face. I love it. Lol. Finally a real punch thrown and not all the pushing and shoving crap

Best punch I've ever seen landed in a sports brawl (hockey aside).

    D Backs are horrible.

This division is going to be a bit different this year. The Dodgers and Giants are taking this to the final weekend of the season, imo.

No Pollack, no Peralta and Goldy is slumping.

    They're helpless.

    ryu's rehab start in rancho
wouldn't focus too much on the velocity since it's his first outing...

    What is he doing?
I heard he wasn't coming back this year in any capacity.

    Are you just being facetious?

The truth is players who are coming back after not playing for over a year constantly have setbacks, and when they do finally come back those who have a strong impact right away are rare. I'm rooting for him, but I will be genuinely surprised if he's starting Game 3 of an NLDS and we have confidence in him.

    ;)

Rare, but not impossible...as rare as a fat asian pitcher who's succeeded in MLB, which he is.
A looong time to determine who starts a Game 3, but the Royals had the same questions...the great Edinson Volquez.
It's one of those things where if your offense can't wake up and put some runs on the board in at least 1 of the first 3 games they probably don't deserve to stick around late into October anyway.

The Lakers wanted him to be exclusively with them and not have other jobs. Then the NY job came around and that was his dream job so he took that and now he's gone from there. I didn't want to high jack this thread with articles but if you google him it shows an article in the OC Register. He is a great announcer though absolutely.

I hate how Bautista and his teammates are tryin to act like Bautista was innocent.
Like our guy McCarthy said, what, was Bautista winding up to tickle Odor? Lol
Bautista just got beat to the punch, needs to take his L like man.
Live and learn, you don't go for the long ass wind up and then throw, dumb RF..of course the SS has quicker hands Lol

Great to hear Ryu is out there on the mound in a game. I don't believe that he will ever be the pitcher that he was before, but it would be nice to see him be able to slide in to the back of the rotation for the rest of his time in LA..... and if he is the pitcher he was before, hell to the yes.

The pessimism on Ryu is depressing
