    • Tyler Glasnow's time with the Tampa Bay Rays could come to an end this winter. The Rays are "widely expected" to trade Glasnow this offseason, according to ESPN's Jeff Passan. He's due $25 million in 2024 before becoming an unrestricted free agent.

    fun to speculate, but as we’ve become accustomed (and reaffirmed by our own dodgerlove) this isn’t how AF operates, so things like this just aren’t going to happen
    my prediction is yamamoto to the yankees and snell to the giants
    i also don’t believe the suggestion that ohtani might be interested in a shorter term/higher aav deal
    i mean why give up guaranteed millions when no one knows if/when he’ll pitch again and/or how effectively?

    and heyman has him linked to us, the padres and giants
    only way we’d sign would be a short term high aav deal
    but at 30 and having just won his 2nd cy young, he’s probably looking to cash in for what’s probably his last big payday… a who could blame him

    i've been down with it but it seems like we have around 20 of those guys pitching sim games that never quite make it back every year
    is the team really getting good return on investment?
