    I'm totally in agreement that it's not the best indicator of offensive performance. I'm all in on sabr. But there is something to be said about hitting in volume. When the game is on the line and the sample size is small, you want someone who can handle the bat in that way.

    really optimistic puig is in full turnaround mode
    looked lost the past couple years
    but all that work with turner ward is starting to pay off
    particularly hitting to all fields
