Police didn't say that, they said the lab test haven't come back yet. I suspect loney is gone and this was the result of an anonymous tip? I wonder how Kemp is feeling these days about extending?

Still, cops say they obtained a blood sample to test for drugs and alcohol ... but it came back NEGATIVE. Now the case is in the hands of the L.A. City Attorney's Office.

    fucking police
look at the stuff they say as suspicious
he was sweaty in his armpits, and all over
he had a tired look on his face
    etc.. etc...
he is an athlete, he was probably just coming back from a workout and was all dehydrated
ive had the same thing happen to me coming home from playing basketball when i was younger
cops thinking i was cracked out because my mouth was dry and my eyes red and face all blotchy with my clothes sweaty and my hands dirty with blacktop
thats how i get when i play ball at the park
and it makes me look like a dirty drug addict if you are wearing police goggles
but thats how a lot of people look sometimes
thats enough to make you suspicious in this country now
    its messed up

how bout thinking that the reason that james loney was all freaked out and his eyelid was twitching (its an anxiety symptom, ive had it all my life) and he was in cold sweats and not really thinking straight could maybe be because HE WAS IN A GODDAMN CAR ACCIDENT WITH 2 OTHER CARS AND MAYBE WAS LOSING HIS SHIT A LITTLE BIT?

fucking power we have given our police systems is staggering

It doesn't take this long for a blood test so I am sure the initial reports of a negative test seem right to me. Ruven you are correct he was upset that he in an ACCIDENT. Every accident I have been in has left me shaking.

    Negative means undetected...
There's no spin . That's it. If that's an accurate report.
He's not an idiot...you get into a car accident and people maybe hurt...and you play 1B for the Los Angeles Dodgers....what, flop sweat is odd in that circumstance? Being nervous means what? You're shooting dope? So he's not a hard ass from the hood; he wasn't cool as he shoulda been.
This poor bastard doesn't stand a chance...he might as well start all over somewhere else, if he can ,to keep the little sanity he has left-if any.
This whole fucking team is falling apart in front of our eyes, on every fucking level imaginable.
He'll probably wind up in the rubber room with Kuo.
Typical LAD misfortune...right on track, as usual.

Ned has been working the Mets for a trade involving Dan Murphy. Link in the off season thread. So was Loney really in his plans and is his time near end in LA?

Murphy needs to be playing 2nd or 3rd for the Dodgers. Keep Loney. We need to add to the team not replace. Tender Loney his contract and give Murphy another IF job. Our IF is more horseshit than a Huff-Doback wedding.

I'd say 3b. we NEED a fucking third baseman for years now. If he rocks it at third base, great.

    This scenerio doesn't explain...
    1)Appearing unconsious
    2)Attempting to leave the scene.
3)Spitting the thingy at the pig.
4)Resisting the pigs until they had to strap him down and give him a "shot"

This story is as weird as it gets. Especially with a seemingly great kid in Loney. I would never in a million years think he would have this kind of thing happen...Bradley, yes...Loney Hell fucking No! I rag on Loney a lot obviously, but i've never thought bad of him as a person. He has always seemed like the dream player to have aside from his on field performance. Again, this whole thing is just way too weird.

I hope the Pigs fucked the whole story up.

    they arent pigs man
    they are dogs not pigs
dogs are there to help control the sheep
    dogs serve their master
    the master that feeds them
they are great at following orders
and they will do whatever they are told to do by their master
dogs are easy to bribe though
    it just takes more food
but then some dogs can be trained so well that they remain loyal no matter what
they will keep doing what they do out of the love of the man who pets their head and puts food in their mouths
mans best friend gets to eat mans leftovers
the dog is supposed to protect the sheep from the wolf
    the sheep believe this
but thats because they forget the dogs genetic heritage
and when dogs get in packs their wolf heritage comes out
