Kinda weird honestly. Gattis is far from a good option as a DH so you would think they would give him a shot by now. Must not see everything they want out of him.

 

We can hang with these teams if our offense wakes up. Our pitchers don’t throw as hard is my only concern.

 

I mean, does everyone's pitchers outside of the West throw 98+? Just insane how many arms like that are out there and I don't remember facing anyone built close to this in the division.

I'm rooting for Matt just as I was Ethier. I want as many of the long tenured guys to get their ring and their moment of redemption. That said, I don't think Matt is one of the best 25. Seeing how far walks, contact, and defense made an impact today, I would like to see Verdugo get a shot.

Nah, their home stadium has that stupid architectural setup. They could have had a buffer between the fans and the field of play, but they thought it would be cooler to have it set up like that. Since their was no definitive view of the HR, away team should get the benefit of the doubt. Change that stupid shit and that is for EVERYONE, Dodgers stadium included.

Was at a key late season Dodgers-Reds game. Garvey hits what should have been a bases clearing double down the LF until a fan reached over the low railing and touched it. Runner on first was sent back to third.

Other fans pointed out the culprit to security. Security probably saved the guy from a beatdown.

 

Something to watch is that Altuve is REALLY hurt, both the Astros and Red Sox are a little beat up. Both are deep teams, but the players that are hurt are huge pieces of both of those clubs Altuve-Sale.
